I have Asus Chromebook C201. It used to booted from SD, but it somehow turned off. I need reinstall, but still have data on disk, so don't want powerwash. Flashing BIOS seems like the only option. I want to use Raspberry to do that and want to ask if it is ok not to unplug battery (to save me some mangling) and just not connect 3.3V VCC to chip instead (so it si powerred from battery, not from programmer during flashing).
